Galvalumed plate is composed of 55% aluminum and 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The surface is characteristic of smooth, flat spangles. Special coating structure makes it has excellent corrosion resistance. Good adhesion between coating and paint film, with good processing performance with soft material and hard material, can be stamping, cutting, welding, etc. The process of galvalumed plating is similar to that of galvanized steel. When exposed to the same environment on both sides, 55% al – zn alloy coated GL steel has superior corrosion resistance.
