Why should specific accounting be carried out before geotextile construction

News

Geosynthetics is a new type of geotechnical engineering material, which can be made of natural or man-made polymers (plastic, chemical fiber, synthetic rubber, etc.) and placed inside, on the surface or between different soil layers to strengthen or protect the soil.
At present, Geotextiles have been widely used in roads, railways, water conservancy, electric power, construction, seaports, mines, military industry, environmental protection and other fields. The main varieties of geosynthetics include geotextiles, geogrids, geogrids, geomembranes, geogrids, geo composites, bentonite mats, geological slopes, geo foam, etc. In engineering applications, Geotextiles can be used alone or in combination with geogrids, geomembranes, geogrids and other geo composite materials.

At present, the raw materials of geotextiles are mainly synthetic fibers, the most commonly used are polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers, followed by polyamide fibers and polyvinyl acetal fibers.
Polyester fiber has good physical and mechanical properties, excellent toughness and creep properties, high melting point, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, mature production technology and high market share. The disadvantages are poor hydrophobicity, easy to accumulate condensate for thermal insulation materials, poor low-temperature performance, easy to vitrify, reduced strength, poor acid and alkali resistance.
Polypropylene fiber has good elasticity, and its instant elasticity and resilience are better than polyester fiber. Good acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, mildew resistance and low temperature resistance; It has good hydrophobicity and water absorption, and can transfer water to the outer surface along the fiber axis. The density is small, only 66% of polyester fiber. After many times of drafting, fine denier fiber with compact structure and superior performance can be obtained, and then after strengthening process, its strength can be more superior. The disadvantage is high temperature resistance, softening point of 130 ~ 160 ℃, poor light resistance, easy to decompose in the sun, but UV absorbers and other additives can be added to make it UV resistant.
In addition to the above fibers, jute fibers, polyethylene fibers, polylactic acid fibers, etc. can also be used as raw materials for nonwoven geotextiles. Natural fibers and special fibers have gradually entered various application fields of geotextiles. For example, natural fibers (jute, coconut shell fiber, bamboo pulp fiber, etc.) have been used in subgrade, drainage, bank protection, soil erosion prevention and other fields.
Type of Geotextile
Geotextile is a kind of permeable geotextile made of polymer fibers by hot pressing, cementation and weaving, also known as geotextile, including weaving and nonwovens.
Geotextile knitted products include knitting (plain weave, round weave), knitting (plain weave, twill), knitting (warp knitting, needle knitting) and other production processes.
Nonwoven geotextiles include production processes such as mechanical reinforcement method (acupuncture method, water piercing method), chemical bonding method (glue spraying method, impregnation method), hot melt bonding method (hot rolling method, hot air method), etc.
Woven geotextile is the first introduced geotextile, but it has the limitations of high cost and poor performance. In the late 1960s, non-woven geotextiles were introduced. In the early 1980s, China began to use this material in engineering entities. With the popularity of needle punched nonwovens and spunbonded nonwovens, the application field of nonwovens is more extensive than that of deformed geotextiles, and has developed rapidly. China has developed into a major producer of Nonwovens in the world, and is gradually moving towards a powerful producer.
Geotextile filtration, irrigation, isolation, reinforcement, seepage prevention, infection prevention, light weight, high tensile strength, good penetration and low temperature resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility and so on, are widely used in various fields. The life of excellent work metropolis temporarily completely shows that there is no alternative infection.
Why should specific accounting be carried out before geotextile construction? Many novice technicians are not very clear about the specific accounting of geotextiles before construction. It depends on the planning contract and construction quotation method. Generally, it is calculated according to the area. You need to pay attention to the slope. You need to multiply it by the slope coefficient.
