1. Laying of geotextile. The construction personnel must adhere to the principle of “from top to bottom” according to the geotextile during the laying process. In this stage of construction, the construction personnel must pay attention to the punishment of foundation treatment to ensure that the paved ground is flat and clean. During the laying process, the construction personnel shall not wear too hard shoes or have nails at the bottom. Care should be taken when selecting the fuzzing object to effectively protect the material. In order to avoid wind damage to the membrane, sandbags or other soft objects shall be used for heavy disposal and punishment of all materials during the laying process, so as to lay a good foundation for the laying of materials.
2. Geotextile sewing and welding. In the process of connecting things, the construction personnel must adhere to the principle of response to ensure the standardization of the connection. First, the bottom geotextile shall be sewn for punishment, then the middle geotextile shall be bonded, and then the top geotextile shall be sewn for punishment. Before welding construction, construction technicians must inspect the welding process to determine the temperature and speed control of the welding machine on the construction day, and make appropriate adjustment according to the actual construction conditions. When the temperature is between 5 and 35 ℃, the welding is suitable. If the temperature on the construction day is not within this range, the construction technicians must complete the work and seek effective improvement. Before welding, impurities on the welding surface shall be cleaned to ensure the cleanness of the welding surface. The moisture on the welding surface can be dried by an electric blower. The welding surface can be kept dry. In the connection process of multiple geotextiles, the joint cracks must be staggered by more than 100cm, and the welded joints must be T-shaped. The welded joints cannot be set as cross shaped. After the welding construction is completed, the quality control of the connection shall be carried out to avoid welding leakage, folding and other adverse problems. During welding and within two hours after welding, the welding surface shall not be subject to tensile stress to avoid damage to the welding position. If serious welding problems are found in the welding quality inspection, such as empty welding, expansion welding, welding personnel need to cut the welding position, interface position after welding and other new punishment welding. If there is leakage in the welding environment, the welding personnel must use the special welding gun to repair the welding and dispose the fine. When the welding technicians weld the geotextile, they must weld in strict accordance with the design requirements and the welding specifications to ensure that the welding quality meets the relevant standards. The geotextile must fully show the anti-seepage wind.
3. Geotextile suture. Fold the upper geotextile and the middle geotextile to both sides, and then smooth, lap, align and sew the lower geotextile. The hand-held sewing machine is used for the sewing of geotextiles, and the clockwise distance is controlled within 6mm. The joint surface is moderately loose and smooth, and the geotextile and geotextile are in joint stress state. The stitching measures of the upper geotextile are the same as those of the lower geotextile. Generally speaking, as long as the above methods are followed, there should be no problems. However, we should pay attention to the maintenance of the geotextile capacity in the future.
