Solution to tilting fault of electric operating table

News

Electric operating tables are a very popular device in hospitals, which can be adjusted to the desired position and greatly reduce the labor of medical staff. It is very suitable for urinary system, gynecology, orthopedics surgery. However, long-term use may cause the electric operating table to tilt. What is the reason and how can it be resolved?
Firstly, determine if the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two ways to determine: one is to use a multimeter to measure resistance, and the other is to place it on metal to see if there is suction.
Then determine if the compression pump is faulty. Firstly, check if there is voltage on the compression pump and use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the compression pump. If all of the above are normal, it is basically caused by the ineffective commutation capacitor.
The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. Unilateral non action faults are usually caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The malfunction of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by poor control circuit or mechanical jamming of the directional valve. The specific inspection method is to measure whether the directional valve has voltage. If there is voltage, disassemble the directional valve and clean it.
Due to long-term use, there are a small amount of impurities on the movable shaft of the on-off valve, which can cause the shaft to get stuck and cause the operating table to operate in only one direction. The operating table will automatically descend when used, but the speed is very slow. This situation often occurs on mechanical operating tables, mainly due to lifting pump failure. After using the operating table for a few years, small impurities may stay at the intake valve, leading to small internal leaks. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially by checking the inlet valve.
