I believe you will not be too familiar with filament geotextile. Filament geotextile can be used as a retaining wall. The reinforced earth retaining wall of filament geotextile is composed of face plate, foundation, filler, reinforced material and cap stone.
Filament geotextile can be used as retaining wall
1. Cap stone: according to the longitudinal slope of the line, the reinforced retaining wall uses cast-in-situ concrete or mortar concrete precast block and mortar bar stone as the capping or cap stone. When the height of the retaining wall is large, the staggered platform should be set in the middle of the wall. The lower wall top at the staggered platform should be set with a cap stone. The width of the staggered platform should not be less than 1m. The top of the staggered platform should be closed and a 20% outward drainage slope should be set. The upper wall of the staggered platform should be set with a panel foundation and a cushion under the foundation.
2. Foundation: it is divided into the strip foundation under the panel and the foundation under the reinforced body. The strip foundation is mainly used to facilitate the installation of the wall panel and play the role of supporting and positioning. The strip foundation and the foundation under the wall shall meet the requirements of foundation bearing capacity.
3. Panel: generally, it is a reinforced concrete plate, which is used to decorate the wall, fill the back of the retaining wall, and transfer the wall tension to the tie bar through the junction.
4. Reinforcement materials: Currently, there are five kinds of steel belt, reinforced concrete slab belt, polypropylene strip, steel plastic composite geobelt and glass fiber composite geobelt, geogrid, geogrid and composite geotextile.
5. Filler: it is required to select the filler that is easy to compact, has sufficient friction with the reinforced material and meets the chemical and electrochemical standards.
