1. If only the forward leaning action is absent and all other actions are present, it indicates that the compression pump is working normally, but only the corresponding membrane switch or solenoid valve is faulty. There are generally two ways to judge the quality of an electromagnetic valve. One is to measure the resistance with a multimeter, and the other is to place a metal on it to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve’s closing action is normal. And oil blockage can also cause the above-mentioned problems. If there is not only no forward leaning action, but also no other actions, then the compression pump is faulty. Firstly, check if there is voltage on the compression pump. Is the resistance of the compression pump measured with a multimeter normal? If all the above are normal, it is generally due to the failure of the commutation capacitor.
2. The electric surgical table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. Unilateral non action faults are generally caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The malfunction of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by a faulty control circuit or mechanical jamming of the directional valve. The specific inspection method is to first measure whether the reversing valve has voltage. If there is voltage, disassemble and clean the reversing valve. Due to long-term use, a small impurity in the movable shaft of the valve can cause the shaft to become tangled and stuck, resulting in only one direction of movement of the operating table.

3. During use, it was found that the operating table automatically lowers, but the speed is very slow. This situation occurs more frequently in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to the malfunction of the lifting pump. After several years of use, small impurities may accumulate at the inlet valve of the operating table, causing minor internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially checking the inlet valve. After washing, add clean oil again.
4. During the use of the operating table, it was found that it would automatically descend, with a fast speed and vibration sound. This malfunction is caused by a problem with the inner wall of the lifting oil pipe. Long term up and down movements, if there are small impurities on the leather bowl. Sometimes scratches are pulled out of the inner wall of the oil pipe, and over time, the scratches become deeper and deeper, leading to the above-mentioned malfunction. The solution is to replace the lifting oil pipe.
5. The back panel will automatically lower during the surgery, but the speed is very slow. This type of malfunction is mainly caused by internal leakage of the solenoid valve, which usually occurs on electric operating tables. Long term use can sometimes accumulate impurities at the solenoid valve port. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with gasoline. It should be noted that due to the high pressure on the backboard, electric surgical tables are generally designed with two solenoid valves connected in series, and they need to be cleaned together during cleaning.
