As for the publicly disclosed ‘improved structure of lamp heat dissipation and fixing device’, it is attached to the lamp chassis with through holes, and two ventilation plates are installed in the fixed seat on the chassis, with through holes for air circulation on the ventilation plates, and a fan is installed below the through holes. In this way, the external air is input through a fan to achieve heat dissipation effect. The enclosed lighting system adopts a closed type, with a bracket fixed to the metal tube at the opening above the heat shield, and the metal tube is located directly above the bulb and extends downward to near the bulb. The heat of the light bulb is guided upwards through a metal tube, and dissipated from the top and periphery of the outer cover. Surgical lights with this heat dissipation structure have also been proposed to dissipate heat through the outer cover and heat-insulating glass, or through the top of the cover. However, surgical lights with this heat dissipation structure only consider that the heat-insulating cover can block most of the sensible heat of the light bulb, without considering the radiation heat generated by the light bulb. Therefore, they can only partially dissipate heat and cannot effectively reduce the temperature of the surgical light significantly.
